Chemical Engineer

Manage and monitor chemical processes to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent production in compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

• Monitor and control chemical manufacturing processes
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Optimize process parameters to improve yield and efficiency
• Coordinate with Production, QC, Maintenance, and EHS departments
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and minimize downtime
• Maintain batch records, production logs, and process documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations
• Support scale-up, trials, and continuous process improvement
• Assist in audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities

• B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
• 2-4 years of experience in chemical manufacturing or process industry
• Experience in batch or continuous process plants preferred

• Strong understanding of chemical processes and unit operations
• Knowledge of process safety, MSDS, and EHS practices
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work in shifts, if required

• Familiarity with GMP, ISO, or similar quality systems will be an added advantage
• Hands-on experience with reactors and process equipment preferred
