About this role
We are looking for an experienced Head Chef.
Preferred Profile:
* Extensive experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in reputed hospitality establishments.
* Prior experience working with multiple 5-star hotels or luxury hospitality brands.
* Strong exposure to and expertise in multiple cuisines, with the ability to curate and prepare a diverse range of dishes.
* Proficient in preparing pure vegetarian cuisine, including dishes prepared without eggs, while maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene.
* Willingness to reside at Avyaan and be available on a full-time residential basis (24x7 stay arrangement).
* Professional, disciplined, and capable of managing kitchen operations independently.
