We are looking for passionate and experienced Chefs with strong expertise in Bakery, Pastry, Bakery Ingredients and Product Development to join our team across 3 zones in India.

OPEN POSITIONS – 3 ZONAL ROLES

South Zone – Bangalore

North Zone – Delhi

West Zone – Mumbai

1 Chef per Zone

POSITION DETAILS

* Position: Chef – Product Development & Innovation

* Experience: Minimum 5 years

* Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent

* Maximum CTC: 8 – 10 LPA

* Monthly Maximum Salary: 50,000 – 75,000, depending on experience & suitability

* Working Days: Monday to Saturday

* Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

MANDATORY EXPERIENCE

Candidates must have strong hands-on experience in:

Bakery & Bakery Ingredients

Pastry / Patisserie

Recipe Development & Product Applications

Premium Food Ingredients

Culinary Innovation

Candidates without relevant Bakery / Bakery Ingredients / Pastry experience will not be considered.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop innovative Bakery, Pastry and International Cuisine applications using premium gourmet ingredients.

Conduct customer trials, live demonstrations, workshops and technical presentations.

Support Sales and Business Development through product applications and technical expertise.

Develop, standardize and document recipes with focus on quality, consistency and innovation.

Research food trends and develop new product applications.

Support customers including Hotels, Bakeries, Cafs, Restaurants, QSRs and Food Manufacturers.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product Teams for new product launches.

Travel extensively within the assigned zone for customer visits, demonstrations, workshops and exhibitions.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Minimum 5+ years of relevant culinary experience

Strong Bakery, Pastry & Bakery Ingredients expertise

Excellent product application and recipe development skills

Strong presentation, communication and customer engagement skills

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone

International exposure will be an added advantage
