Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our kitchen team in Delhi.
The candidate will be responsible for managing an assigned kitchen section and ensuring consistent
food quality, timely preparation, hygiene, and smooth service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the assigned kitchen section.
- Prepare food according to standard recipes, quality, and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
- Coordinate with the Sous Chef and other kitchen sections during service.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage and FIFO practices.
- Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.
- Guide and assist Commis Chefs and junior kitchen staff.
- Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of orders during busy service hours.
- Report equipment, stock, and operational requirements to the Sous Chef.
- Follow all kitchen SOPs and safety procedures.

Candidate Requirements
- 25 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
- Previous experience as a CDP or Senior Commis preferred.
- Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Ability to manage a section independently.
- Good teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
