Role Overview:
We are looking for empathetic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Support team. The role involves handling customer queries related to orders, deliveries, refunds, and product concerns while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via chat, email, and calls
- Resolve issues related to orders, delivery delays, refunds, and returns
