Job Description:
We are looking for a customer-oriented Chat Support Executive to handle customer queries through chat and email, ensuring timely responses and effective resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through chat and email.
• Resolve queries related to orders, deliveries, payments, and products.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain customer interaction records and follow up on pending issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and timely communication.

Required Skills:

• Excellent written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Prior experience in chat/email support is an advantage.
