• Handle customer queries via web chat, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  
• Provide accurate and effective solutions to customers through written communication.
  
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues or escalate matters when necessary.
  
• Meet performance targets for quality, productivity, and first-call resolution rates.
