Location:- Noida ( Sector 62)

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates

Salary:

Fresher:- 15,000 In-Hand + 3k quaterly bonus

Experienced:- Upto 16,500 In-Hand + 3k quaterly bonus

SHIFT & WORKING DETAILS

• Shift: 247 Rotational Shifts
• Shift Duration: 10 Hours
• Working Days: 5.5 Days per Week
• Weekly Off: As per process requirements
• CAB Facility: Not Available

• Freshers can apply

ROLES & RESPONSIBILTIES:-

• Handle customer queries and provide prompt support through chat.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information and solutions.
• Maintain a professional, polite, and customer-friendly tone in all conversations.
• Resolve customer issues within defined timelines and service guidelines.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
