Job Description:

• Handle student and prospect communication across WhatsApp, Email, RCS and SMS for all ITM programs.
• Respond to queries on time with proper follow-ups and lead nurturing.
• Should have knowledge of Marketing Automation, AI tools and CRM platforms.
• Manage WhatsApp template creation, submission and approval process.
• Create and manage segments, campaigns and communication journeys.
• Coordinate with the MarTech and Marketing teams for execution of communication campaigns.
