• Position: Customer Service / Banking Process International BPO
• Location: Goregaon
• Salary: Up to 28,000 In-Hand
• Shift: Rotational 247 shifts, including night shifts
• Working Days: 5 Days Working
• Week Off: 2 Rotational Offs
• Cab: One-way cab facility provided
• Eligibility & Requirements
• * Graduation is mandatory
• * CIBIL score of 680+ is mandatory
• * Experience in Banking Process is mandatory
• OR
• * Experience in Non-Voice / Back-Office Process is required
• * Good English communication skills are mandatory
• * Candidates should be comfortable working in 247 rotational shifts, including night shifts
• Key Responsibilities
• * Handle customer/banking-related queries through the assigned process
• * Process and verify customer information and banking transactions
• * Maintain accuracy and follow process guidelines
• * Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of queries
• * Maintain confidentiality of customer and banking information
