Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional customer support through chat channels, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation or additional assistance.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using our CRM system.

Job Requirements :

• 0-5 years of experience in non-voice customer support or related field.
• Strong written communication skills for effective email and chat correspondence.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
