Salary: Up to 16,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through chat support.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain clear and effective written communication.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and follow process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers and experienced both can apply.
• Good English communication skills are mandatory.
• Willingness to work in the assigned shift.

Shift & Work Details:

• Female Candidates: Day Shift
• Male Candidates: Evening Shift
• Weekly Off: Rotational
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary up to 16,000 per month, depending on suitability.
