We are looking for immediate joiners for a 6-month contractual role in a blended customer support process.

Job Details:

• Process: 70% Non-Voice (Chat/Email) & 30% Voice Support
• Employment Type: Contractual (6 Months)
• Contract Duration: 01 Nov 2026 - 30 Apr 2027
• Joining Date: On or Before 30 Oct 2026
• Shift: Permanent Night Shift
• Salary: Up to 4.0 - 4.2 LPA
• Week Offs: 2 Rotational Week Offs
• Transport: Two-Way Cab Facility

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via chat, email, and voice channels.
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining service quality standards.
• Document customer interactions accurately.
• Meet productivity and quality metrics.

Eligibility:

• Graduate / Undergraduate.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Comfortable working in permanent night shifts.
• Immediate joiners only.
• Prior customer service experience preferred; freshers with excellent communication may also apply.
