Role & responsibilities

Role Highlights

• Lead end-to-end chassis development for new model and model update projects as CHA Project Leader
• Design and validate chassis systems using CATIA V5, engineering calculations and CAE tools
• Own design release, drawing quality and validation
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturing and cross-functional teams to meet Quality, Cost and Delivery targets
• Drive design reviews, feasibility assessments, risk mitigation and continuous improvement

Key Skills
Hands-on experience in Brakes, Suspension, Wheels and Steering systems
Strong 2W vehicle packaging expertise
CATIA V5 (Modelling, Drawing, CAE); CATIA certification preferred
GD&T, tolerance analysis and drawing quality standards
Knowledge of sheet metal, die cast, welding and plastics manufacturing processes
Root-cause problem solving, design validation and project management
Strong leadership, communication and cross-functional collaboration
