Chartered Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings)
• Handle audits (Internal & Statutory) and coordinate with auditors
• Manage taxation, including tax planning and filing returns
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting
• Ensure accuracy in accounting records and financial reporting
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency
• Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation laws
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under deadlines

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified (Mandatory)
• Articleship completed from a reputed firm

Preferred:

• Experience in financial services / stock broking industry
• Knowledge of SEBI compliance (if applicable)
