Role & responsibilities
- Support project-wise accounting, revenue recognition and landowner/JV settlements.
- Assist in the preparation and finalisation of financial statements.
- Monitor RERA-designated bank accounts and related financial compliance
- Handle statutory compliance relating to GST, TDS and Income Tax.
- Support internal and statutory audit processes.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Support financial due diligence and transaction-related activities.
- Track changes in accounting standards and taxation laws.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and other financial stakeholders
Preferred candidate profile
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 03 years of post-qualification experience; real estate exposure is an
advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/financial reporting tools.
