Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day accounting, Month/Year-end closing & Reconciliations (Bank/Vendor/Customer)
- Prepare MIS, P&L, Cash Flow & WIP Reports
- Project-wise Budgeting, Cost Sheets & Profitability Tracking
- Monitor Cost Overruns, Verify RA Bills, Vendor Bills & Retention
- Support in Pricing & Margin Analysis
- GST Filing, 2B Reconciliation, ITC Management
- TDS/TCS & Income Tax: Computation, Returns & Filing
- PF/ESIC/PT: Compliance & Dues
- ROC/MCA Filings, Audit Handling & Notice Replies
- Cash Flow Planning, Receivables/Payables, Banking & WC Limits
- Build SOPs, Internal Controls & Lead Accounts Team
Must Have Skills:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI member)
- 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, taxation and compliance
- Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and the Companies Act
- Proficiency in Tally Prime or similar accounting software, and advanced Excel
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
