We are looking for talented, ambitious, and driven Chartered Accountants to join our growing finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing EV manufacturing organization and contribute to building robust financial processes in an emerging industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage Financial Accounting and Reporting activities.
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS, IFRS, and applicable accounting standards.
- Support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Handle Direct and Indirect Taxation, including GST and Income Tax matters.
- Prepare and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Strengthen financial controls, governance, and compliance processes.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Support business decision-making through financial insights and analysis.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives across finance functions.
Requirements
- Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Ind AS / IFRS Compliance
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Direct & Indirect Taxation (GST & Income Tax)
- Financial Controls & Compliance
- MIS Reporting & Financial Analysis
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Audit Coordination
- 2-5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Electric Vehicle (EV), or related industries will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred Candidate Profile Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
