Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting, including balance sheet finalization, income statement preparation, and cash flow management.
  
• Ensure compliance with tax laws by handling TDS returns, GST filings, ROC compliances, and income tax audits.
  
• Conduct statutory audits for companies and prepare financial statements according to IND AS standards.
  
• Oversee budgeting processes and provide guidance on finance-related matters to stakeholders.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate accounting records and timely submission of reports.
