Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow). Handle project-wise accounting and profitability analysis. Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost control for projects. Manage GST, TDS, and income tax filings. Ensure compliance with real estate-specific regulations like RERA. Handle assessments, audits, and notices from tax authorities.
