Chartered Accountant

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting and Analysis - monthly, quarterly, and yearly closure of books, MIS, reporting; oversee accounting department; conduct financial analysis, variance analysis; ensure Ind AS compliance; monitor financial transactions.
• Internal Controls & System Development - implement internal control policies; ensure compliance with accounting and auditing requirements; continuous system improvement and automation.
• External Stakeholder Management - work with statutory and internal auditors, resolve audit findings; act as primary contact for data requirements and query resolutions.
• Team Leadership and Development - foster collaborative, high-performance environment; partner with business leaders.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant; minimum 5-6 years of experience in mid-size listed but fast-paced companies.
