Hawk MarTech is looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years of relevant experience to take ownership of finance, accounting, taxation, reporting, and statutory compliance.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in managing end-to-end finance operations and be comfortable working independently with senior management and external stakeholders.

• Manage end-to-end accounting and finance operations.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
• Prepare and review P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, MIS and management reports.
• Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory returns and regulatory requirements.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables and payables.
• Lead coordination with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants and other external stakeholders.
• Handle tax assessments, audits and other taxation-related matters.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial planning.
• Establish and strengthen financial controls, processes and SOPs.
• Identify financial risks, discrepancies and opportunities for process improvement.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support business and management decisions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient finance operations.

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
• 5+ years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Strong experience in Accounting, Finance, Taxation and Statutory Compliance.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax.
• Experience in financial reporting, audits, MIS and financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and working capital management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently manage finance operations and meet deadlines.
