Chartered Accountant

Role & responsibilities

- Manage and oversee accounting, finance, taxation, and financial reporting activities.

- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.

- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance requirements.

- Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, Income Tax returns, and other regulatory filings.

- Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits and coordinate with auditors.

- Review books of accounts and ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards.

- Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, and overall financial performance.

- Provide financial analysis and support management in budgeting and business decision-making.

- Identify financial risks and recommend appropriate corrective measures.

- Maintain proper financial records and documentation as per company policies and statutory requirements.

- Coordinate with banks, consultants, auditors, government authorities, and other external stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with applicable Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST laws, and other relevant regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

- 25 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, and Audit.

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.

- Good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/Tally.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Industry: Manufacturing / Solar / Renewable Energy / Infrastructure / EPC
