Chartered Accountant

Role & responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Handle project-wise accounting and profitability analysis
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost control for projects.
• Manage GST, TDS, and income tax filings.
• Ensure compliance with real estate-specific regulations like RERA.
• Handle assessments, audits, and notices from tax authorities.
• Coordinate internal and statutory audits.
• Ensure proper documentation and internal financial controls.
• Manage project cash flows and fund utilization.
• Maintain compliance with company law and other statutory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Hiring Qualified CA only, with 3+ years of post qualification experience of working for Real Estate/ Construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of real estate accounting practices.
• Expertise in GST, TDS, and direct taxation.
• Exposure to joint ventures and land acquisition accounting.
