Job Description:
Trusqualbooks is looking for a qualified CA to join our USA Accounting team. The role involves handling USA bookkeeping, accounting, payroll support and state tax compliance for USA-based clients and CPAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- USA accounting and bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Bank, credit card and balance sheet reconciliations
- Financial reporting and review of accounting records
- USA payroll processing and payroll-related accounting
- Support in USA state tax and compliance activities
- Coordinate with USA clients and CPAs
- Ensure accuracy, timely completion and quality of work
Eligibility:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Strong accounting fundamentals
- Good English communication and analytical skills
- Willingness to learn USA Payroll and State Tax
- Long-term commitment preferred
