Role & responsibilities

• Finalization of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account and financial statements.
• Prepare and review monthly MIS and financial reports for management.
• Handle and coordinate statutory, internal and tax audits.
• Ensure proper accounting and financial reporting as per applicable standards.
• Review reconciliations, provisions, ledgers, and financial transactions.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams for timely closure of audits.
• Monitor GST, TDS and other statutory compliances.
• Support management with financial analysis and business reporting.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintain accurate financial records.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualified CA with 45 years of post-qualification experience.
• Prior experience in Real Estate / Construction industry preferred.
