Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify & finalize company accounts, balance sheet, and financial statements.
• Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT compliance and filing.
• Manage vendor & subcontractor billing reconciliation.
• Ensure timely statutory payments and returns (Income Tax, ROC, MCA filings).
• Budgeting, cost control & financial planning for construction projects.
• Liaison with auditors, banks, and government departments.
• Knowledge of project billing (PWD, PMGSY, Mandi Board, Police Housing Board, Jal Jeevan Mission).
• Maintain payroll records and employee compliance.

Required Candidate Profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 38 years of experience.
• Experience in construction/infra companies preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, and company law.
• Ability to handle audits, taxation, and compliance independently.
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
• Good communication & leadership skills.
