Chartered Accountant- Tax and Reporting

We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant Tax & Reporting to manage tax compliance, reporting, and audit support for operations across MENA and Asian countries. The role requires strong handson tax experience in multinational environments and excellent technical knowledge of direct and indirect taxes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reporting, including:
• Tax provisions
• Deferred tax
• Cash tax forecasts
• Foreign tax credits
• Prepare and review corporate income tax, VAT/GST, and withholding tax calculations and filings
• Ensure timely submission of tax returns and tax payments
• Prepare auditready tax disclosures, notes, and documentation
• Support statutory and tax audits
• Maintain accurate tax workpapers, reconciliations, and records
• Track tax law changes and assess business impact
• Support crossborder tax matters and treaty applications
• Review tax clauses in contracts and agreements
• Strengthen tax controls, documentation, and audit trails
• Manage einvoicing compliance requirements
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Support adhoc tax and reporting assignments

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 3+ years of strong handson experience in taxation
• Experience with:
• Corporate tax
• VAT/GST
• Withholding tax
• Multicountry tax compliance
• Working knowledge of GAAP / IFRS
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced, multinational environment
