Job description:
- Preparation of balance sheet on quarterly/half- yearly/yearly basis, and finalisation of books of accounts
- To handle matters related to Income Tax / GST/ stamp duty assessment etc
- Ensuring all statutory payments i.e. TDS, GST, stamp duty, etc. are paid within prescribed time schedule.
- Submission of required documents/details to any regulatory body from time to time.
- Maintain proper books of A/cs of Group Companies
- Experience in Capital Markets will be added advantage
- Should be well versed in MS Office Tally etc
