Chartered Accountant - For UK Client

Role & responsibilities

• Team Management: Monitor and supervise team performance. Provide training when required
• Year-End Accounts Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable Tasks: Process issuing invoices to clients and process payments to suppliers
• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile the bank statements every month, ensuring data accuracy.
• Financial Record Keeping: Maintain ledgers and keep journals and financial statements up-to-date,
• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of quarterly and year-end financial reports.
• Communication: Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal staff to resolve queries via email and phone. Manage client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and responding promptly to queries.
• This job role is for providing Accounting Services to a UK CLIENT. This candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 3 staff. Training will be provided on using specific software

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Chartered Accountant - ESSENTIAL
• Experience: minimum 4 years of post-qualification work experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of UNITED KINGDOM - UK GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Language Proficiency: Good spoken English - ESSENTIAL
