Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated Chartered Accountants to join our Finance team and play a key role in our IPO readiness and public listing journey. The candidate will gain hands-on exposure to financial reporting, IND AS implementation, audit management, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and capital market transactions.

Qualification

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified
• Maximum 3 attempts in CA Final
• CA Rank holders preferred
• Strong academic track record throughout education

Experience

• 0 to 2 years of post-qualification experience
• Freshly qualified CAs are encouraged to apply
• Candidates with Big 6 article ship experience will be preferred

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of IND AS and financial reporting.
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles, audit methodologies, and financial controls.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and review of standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS).
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities.
• Assist in preparation of financial information required for IPO documentation.
• Support implementation of internal financial controls and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate statutory audits, internal audits, and regulatory reviews.
• Ensure timely closure of audit observations and compliance requirements.
• Support preparation of schedules, reconciliations, and responses to auditor queries.
• Work extensively on ERP systems for financial reporting and accounting operations.
• Drive automation and reporting enhancements within finance processes.
