Chartered Accountant - Finance and Taxation

Key Responsibilities:

• Support preparation and review of financial statements, MIS and management reports.
• Handle accounting and financial reporting activities.
• Assist in direct and indirect taxation matters and related compliances.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors and external consultants.
• Assist in tax assessments, audits and regulatory requirements.
• Support budgeting, financial analysis and management reporting.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial records.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to management as required.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 12 years of post-qualification experience.
• CA examination cleared in maximum 1–2 attempts.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial reporting and auditing.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Manufacturing / Power / Engineering industry experience will be an added advantage.
• Candidates based in Pune are preferred.
