About the Role

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, financial reporting, and financial statement finalization. Candidates with prior experience in the Renewable Energy, Power, or Infrastructure sector will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting and financial closing activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Finalize books of accounts and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and consultants.
• Review ledger balances, reconciliations, and accounting schedules.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting activities.
• Monitor internal financial controls and accounting accuracy.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen accounting governance.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in finalization of financial statements and audit coordination.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience in Renewable Energy, Power, Infrastructure, or related sectors will be an added advantage.
