Role & responsibilities

• Review and Preparation of Financials Schedules
• Ensure all Monthly Book Closer activities performed within timelines for MIS purpose
• Review of Creditors and Advances to Suppliers
• Review of Debtors and Advance from Customers
• Review of Fixed Assets and Other Assets
• Preparation of Financial Statements for Monthly and Periodical Audit Support to Consolidation of Group Financials
• Ensure Statutory Compliances under GST, Income Tax, MSMED, Companies Act, SEBI etc
• Review of GST Returns, TDS, Income Tax Returns, SEZ, EOU and Reconciliations with the Books
• Support company secretary wrt Related Party Transactions and other Information
• Coordination with Internal and External Statutory Audits
