Chartered Accountant (CA)

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and oversee the company's accounting, finance, and taxation functions.

* Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and financial projections.

* Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.

* Handle GST returns, TDS returns, income-tax filings, reconciliations, and related documentation.

* Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, invoices, and vendor payments.

* Conduct regular bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.

* Support payroll-related financial activities and ensure accurate statutory deductions.

* Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, vendors, and other external stakeholders.

* Assist management with financial analysis, cost control, budgeting, and decision-making.

* Establish and maintain proper financial controls, processes, and documentation.

* Identify financial discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.

* Keep the organisation updated on relevant changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and statutory regulations.

* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and employee information.

Requirements

• CA qualification from ICAI.
• 25 years of relevant post-qualification experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting and taxation practices.
• Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial responsibilities.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
