Description
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher to join our Finance & Accounts team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting accounting, taxation, audit, financial reporting, and statutory compliance activities while gaining practical exposure to various finance functions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day accounting and financial activities.
- Prepare and maintain accounting records and supporting documents.
- Assist in preparation and review of financial statements and MIS reports.
- Support GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Assist in GST and TDS return preparation and filing.
- Support internal, statutory, and tax audit activities.
- Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing audit schedules and supporting documentation.
- Review financial data and identify discrepancies.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Support budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams and auditors for required information.
- Ensure proper maintenance of financial records and documents.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and tax regulations.
Qualifications
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.

Skills
- Good knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Auditing.
- Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting standards.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software/ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong academic background in Accounting, Taxation, and Finance.
