Chartered Accountant (CA Firm)

- Preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with Ind AS and applicable accounting standards for Housing Finance Companies (HFCs)

- Managing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities including journal entries, provisioning, accruals, and account reconciliations

- Ensuring correct and consistent accounting treatment for all transactions — including loan disbursements, interest income recognition, ECL provisioning, and borrowing costs — in line with Ind AS 109, Ind AS 32, and other relevant standards

- Preparation of accounting schedules, notes to accounts, and disclosures required for financial statements

- Liaising with statutory auditors and providing workings, schedules, and clarifications during audits

- Supporting internal audit and concurrent audit processes by maintaining proper books of accounts and documentation

- Tracking and implementing changes in accounting standards (Ind AS updates) and assessing their impact on the company's financials

- Assisting in preparation of Board and Audit Committee presentations on financial results

- Maintaining fixed asset register, depreciation schedules, and lease accounting under Ind AS 116
