Chartered Accountant 2-3 Years of Post Qualification Experience

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Sound practical knowledge across key areas of Chartered Accountancy practice.

• A proactive approach to work allocation, follow-ups and timely completion of assignments.

• The ability to guide, train and support team members, including CAs, CA Intermediates, articles and other staff.

• Good communication skills and the confidence to coordinate with clients and colleagues.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments effectively.

• A willingness to take ownership, resolve routine issues independently and escalate complex matters appropriately.

Key Areas of Exposure

• Direct Tax: Income-tax returns, tax audits, TDS compliance and related matters.

• GST: GST returns, reconciliations, annual compliance and related assignments.

• Accounting & Financial Statements: Preparation, review and finalisation of accounts in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

• Audit & Assurance: Statutory audits, internal audits and related assignments.

• Regulatory Compliance: Corporate and other applicable statutory compliances.

• Excel & Technology: Good working knowledge of MS Excel. ERP/SAP exposure will be an advantage.

Exposure to transfer pricing, international taxation, tax representations and litigation will be an added advantage but is not essential. Role & responsibilities
