WNS is hiring for Chargeback Associate Role!!!

Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and process chargeback disputes received from acquiring banks.
• Investigate disputed transactions and prepare supporting documentation for dispute defense.
• Review evidence and determine acceptance or rejection of disputes as per guidelines.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of chargeback cases within defined SLAs.
• Maintain high productivity and accuracy standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for dispute resolution.

Desired Profile

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3years of experience in Chargeback Operations, Dispute Management, Card Operations, Payments, or Banking.
• Good understanding of chargeback lifecycle and dispute handling processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Strong team player with a proactive approach.
