Channel Sales - Retail/Project

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and lead the regional sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase business in the assigned region.

• Meet and maintain relationships with architects, builders, and key decision-makers to generate specifications and secure project approvals.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential and commercial projects.

• Ensure proper coordination with dealers, distributors, and project clients.

• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing to stay competitive.

• Conduct periodic sales reviews, team training, and performance evaluations.

• Coordinate with marketing for brand promotion activities, events, and exhibitions.

• Ensure timely reporting, forecasting, and data management (MIS).
