About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales professional to drive property sales through direct customer interaction and a network of Channel Partners/Brokers.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through Channel Partners, brokers and other sources.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners.
• Handle customer enquiries and follow up with leads.
• Conduct and manage property site visits.
• Explain project details, amenities and offerings to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options.
• Convert leads into bookings and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain customer details and update CRM regularly.
• Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Finance and Site teams.
• Prepare basic sales/MIS reports.

Ideal Candidate

• 7-10 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Property Sales / Channel Sales.
• Experience in handling Channel Partners/Brokers will be preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable with sales.
• Experience in handling site visits and property bookings.
