Channel Sales Manager

Looking for a Channel Sales Manager who can build relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, MEP Consultants, Builders, Developers, and Property Brokers and generate project/business leads through these networks.

• Build and manage channel partner relationships.
• Generate leads through architects, designers, builders, developers, brokers, etc.
• Identify upcoming residential and commercial projects.
• Conduct client/partner meetings and presentations.
• Convert leads and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain and report the sales/project pipeline.

• 5-8 years in Channel Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development.
• Strong network in the real estate/construction ecosystem.
• Comfortable with field sales and target-driven roles.
• Preferably from Real Estate, Building Materials, Interiors/Home Improvement, Smart Home, HVAC/MEP, or Construction Solutions.

Candidate should already have a strong active network of architects, interior designers, consultants, builders/developers, or brokers who can generate project leads.
