Channel Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with key Modern Trade accounts
• Drive sales targets as per annual and quarterly business plans
• Execute planograms effectively (stock pressure, horizontal & vertical placements)
• Ensure strong in-store visibility and merchandising standards
• Work on forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management
• Identify distribution gaps and optimize width & depth across outlets
• Improve fill rates through close coordination with supply chain teams
• Plan and execute promotions, schemes, and activations in MT outlets
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure execution excellence
• Handle monthly & quarterly reconciliations with key accounts
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and supply teams
• Lead and guide field team of promoter and merchandiser for better performance

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: Minimum 1 years

Industry Background: FMCG / Food Processing / Beverages/FMCD
