Role: Channel Sales Manager

Openings in leading General Insurance companies! - Banca Channel ( Bancassurance)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Banking partners to understand their training requirements & provide the necessary training
• Meet the budgeted business numbers
• Maintain minimum Persistency of 85%
• Follow the provided leads and also generate leads to improve sales
• Meet the CLA numbers
• Initiatives to improve Partner Income
• Periodic meeting of Partners & Las

Experience: 1 to 8yrs (Insurance/ BFSI/ NBFC)

Salary: 3 LPA to 3.5 LPA

Location: Bangalore (Malleswaram, Rajaji Nagar, Jayanagar, JP Nagar)

Two-wheeler mandatory
