About this role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruit and appoint new agents through market mapping, referrals, networking and other sourcing activities.
- Activate and develop agents to generate consistent health insurance business.
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets through the agency channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and channel partners.
ELIGIBILTY:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with minimum 6 months experience in Health Insurance, General Insurance, Life Insurance, BFSI, Agency Sales or Field Sales preferred.
- Age limit upto 34 years.
- Two wheeler preferred.
