Supported by experienced orthopaedic doctors, spine specialists, and advanced diagnostics, QI Spine delivers care that adapts to the patient - not the other way around.

What you will do

1. Open and run corporate accounts. Work a target list of 300+ Mumbai companies with 1,000+ employees. Reach the HR / admin / employee-wellbeing owner, pitch a spine health programme, and close a date on their calendar.

2. Run on-site activations. Execute camps, posture screening desks, ergonomic assessments and lunch-and-learn sessions inside office premises. Own setup, footfall, data capture and same-day handover of leads.

3. Build society and venue partnerships. Sign residential societies, gyms, corporate parks and co-working spaces for camps and QR placements.

4. Place and activate QR assets. Get QR standees, posters and desk cards live at every signed partner, using the BTL Link & QR Generator, and log each placement against the correct clinic and partner.

5. Hand off cleanly. Push every lead to the mapped Clinic Manager the same day, with source, partner name and QR link attached, and chase until the FC is booked and attended.

6. Report daily. Log visits, meetings, activations and outcomes in the CM Activity Tracker without being asked.

Must have

· 0–1 year of experience in field sales, BTL, events, corporate alliances, EdTech/InsurTech inside sales, or B2B telecalling. Freshers with strong internships considered.

· English and Hindi fluency, both spoken and written. Marathi is a clear advantage in Mumbai.

· The confidence to walk into a corporate reception, ask for the HR head by name, and hold the conversation.

· Comfort being on the field 5 days a week across Mumbai, with own two-wheeler or willingness to commute widely.

· Working Excel capabilities. You will be logging data every single day.

· Graduate in any discipline. MBA not required.

Good to have

· Existing warm contacts in corporate HR, admin or facilities teams.

· Exposure to healthcare, wellness, fitness, insurance or employee-benefits selling.

· Experience running a camp or on-ground event end to end.
