Channel Relationship Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth for BPD products in the assigned territory.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the distribution network.
• Ensure product availability, market coverage, and effective channel management.
• Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements, competitor activities, and market trends.
• Generate leads, develop new customers, and support business development initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, payments, and customer service.
• Monitor channel performance, market feedback, and outstanding payments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and UltraTech values.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
• 26 years of experience in sales, channel management, or building material industry.
• Experience in BPD / AAC Blocks / Building Materials / Non-Trade Sales will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and market development skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
