Channel Partner Manager

Key Responsibilities: Channel Partner Relations

• Build and manage relationships with channel partners, brokers, and property consultants.
• Onboard and activate channel partners to drive sales of high-value residential properties (4 Cr+).
• Conduct market visits, site visits, and partner meetings to promote SOBHA projects.
• Share project updates, inventory, pricing, and offers with partners.
• Coordinate leads, customer visits, negotiations, and booking closures with the sales team.
• Ensure achievement of assigned walk-in, lead generation, and sales targets.
• Track partner performance, leads, site visits, and conversions.
• Handle partner queries, maintain documentation, and monitor market trends.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 2 - 4 years of experience in real estate sales or channel partner relations.
• Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
• Experience handling high-value residential properties with a ticket size of 4 crore and above.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience in channel partner activation, walk-in target achievement, lead generation, and sales coordination preferred.
