Channel Manager - Retail Assets --Home Loans

Role & responsibilities

Manage builder penetration in the home loan market and strengthen developer engagement
• Track and monitor individual projects for timely progress and business growth
• Ensure adherence to project approval TATs and monitor exceptions
• Perform project approval analysis to support informed business decisions
• Run and support business drives to achieve defined sales objectives
• Collaborate with Regional Business Development Heads and unitlevel channels to ensure seamless execution

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years in any banking product team
• Strong analytical orientation with proven experience in data interpretation
• Ability to apply databacked insights to business decisions
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Comfort in multiteam coordination and fastpaced environments
