About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident and ambitious Channel Management Interns to help expand RiseUpp's partner network.

You will work with influencers, YouTubers, content creators, education consultants, EdTech companies and business partners to build partnerships and generate leads for online degrees and certification programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner Acquisition: Identify and approach potential channel partners, influencers, YouTubers and EdTech companies.
• Outreach & Communication: Connect with prospective partners through calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and emails.
• Partner Onboarding: Explain RiseUpp's partnership programme and onboard new partners.
• Relationship Management: Build strong relationships and maintain regular communication with partners.
• Lead Generation: Encourage partners to refer prospective learners for online degree and certification programmes.
• Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with potential and existing partners to drive engagement and growth.
• Performance Tracking: Maintain partner records, lead reports and performance trackers using Google Sheets and CRM tools.

Who Can Apply

• Students pursuing or graduates of BBA, B.Com or BA programmes.
• IIM Bangalore BBA (Digital Business & Entrepreneurship) students are especially encouraged to apply.
• Freshers with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Candidates interested in startups, business development, partnerships and entrepreneurship.
• Confident individuals comfortable speaking with influencers, professionals and business owners.
• Self-motivated candidates willing to take ownership and work towards targets.
• Must have a personal laptop, stable internet connection and availability during working hours.

No prior channel management experience required. Training and guidance will be provided.
